Return & Refund Policy
Every varsity sweater we produce is handcrafted to your specific design and measurements. Because these items are custom-manufactured from scratch, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse.
1. Order Accuracy & Quality Guarantee
We stand by the craftsmanship of our products. Returns or replacements are only authorized in the following scenarios:
- The product has a clear manufacturing defect or material flaw.
- The product received does not match the specifications (color, size, or design) confirmed at the time of purchase or sample approval.
2. Initiating a Claim
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, you must notify our support team within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the case.
3. Cancellations
- Website Orders: Once an order is placed, production begins immediately. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
- Custom/Bulk Orders: Cancellations are not accepted once the pre-production sample has been approved and the production phase has started.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
If a return is authorized due to a manufacturing error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no additional charge.
