Production time is typically 25–35 days, plus shipping time (approximately 7 days depending on location). If you request a pre-production sample, add 10 days for that process.

Yes! During checkout, you can request a free pre-production sample photo. We'll create a sample, send you photos for approval, and only begin full production once you approve.

Because each sweater is made just for you, we only accept returns if the final product does not match what was approved at checkout. If the error is on our end, we'll make it right — either with a full refund or a remake.
