Everything you need to know about placing a custom varsity sweater order, including template PDFs and design specifications.
Order Requirements
Minimum Order Quantity
All custom orders require a minimum of 20 pieces. This minimum applies to the total quantity across all sizes and styles in your order.
Size Mixing: You can mix and match sizes (XS through 4XL) to meet the 20-piece minimum. For example, you could order 8 Medium, 7 Large, and 5 XL to reach your minimum.
Bulk Order Pricing
Volume discounts are available for larger orders. Prices below are per piece:

Custom Order Process
Step 1: Choose Your Style
Select from our five varsity sweater silhouettes:
- All Over Stripe
- Single Stripe
- Collar Button-Up
- Classic Solid Crew
- Striped-Trim V-Neck
Each style is available in regular and cropped fits.
Step 2: Design Your Sweater
You have two options for designing your custom sweater:
- Online Designer: Use our browser-based design tool to experiment with colors, stripes, and logo placement in real-time.
- Design Templates: Download our template PDF (see below) and work with our design team to create your custom mockup.
Step 3: Submit Your Design
Once you've finalized your design, submit it through our online configurator or email it directly to our design team. Include:
- Your logo files (vector format preferred: .ai, .eps, .svg)
- Color specifications (we'll match to our 160+ yarn color options)
- Placement instructions for logos and text
- Any special design notes or requirements
Step 4: Pre-Production Sample
Before we begin full production, you'll receive a pre-production sample photo for approval. This process takes approximately 10 days. Your order will not begin until you approve the sample via email.
Step 5: Production & Shipping
Once approved, production takes 25-35 days. Shipping typically adds 5-7 business days depending on your location.

Our design template PDF provides a detailed guide for creating your custom varsity sweater design. The template includes:

- Measurement Guides: Precise dimensions for logo and text placement
- Color Swatches: Complete reference of all 160+ available yarn colors
- Placement Zones: Marked areas showing where logos, text, and designs can be placed
- Design Specifications: Technical details about knit patterns, stripe widths, and customization options
- File Format Guidelines: Requirements for logo files and artwork submission
How to Use the Template
- Download the template PDF for your selected sweater style
- Open in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or your preferred design software
- Place your logos and text in the designated zones
- Use the color swatches to select your color scheme
- Export your design and submit it to our team for review

Expedited Orders
Need your order faster? We offer expedited production and shipping options:
Rush Production
- 15-20 day production: Additional 20% fee
- 10-14 day production: Additional 35% fee
- 7-9 day production: Additional 50% fee (subject to availability)
Express Shipping
- 2-3 day delivery: Available for most locations
- Overnight delivery: Available for select areas
Note: Rush orders still require pre-production sample approval. Expedited timelines begin after sample approval. Contact us to discuss rush options for your order.

- High-resolution PDF format (print-ready)
- Vector-based templates for Adobe Illustrator
- Layered PSD files for Photoshop users

All templates are included with your order and can be downloaded immediately after placing your order, or requested in advance by contacting our design team.
Additional Information
Payment Terms
We require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due upon completion and before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each sweater is custom-made, we only accept returns if the final product does not match the approved design. If there's an error on our end, we'll provide a full refund or remake at no cost.
